Hi im jonah and i chose the pillar about taha tinana. Taha tinana is about physical health. It’s also about how we take care of our body. To keep taha tinana alive we have to eat healthy. Sleep at our bedtime, and maybe sometimes we could go outside and exercise. When we do those 3 things it helps us build up our muscles. Which means we can get faster and learn better. This could help us be smarter. Not watching TV or eating junk food.
We could also go for a shower once every 2 days. It would help us be clean. Te whare tapa wha is one of the most important. Because it holds the 4 pillars. Taha tinana is included in the te whare tapa wha. There’s also another meaning for the 4 pillars. Taha hinengaro. This pillar is about mental & emotional. Taha wairua is about spiritual. Taha tinana is about our physical health and our body. Taha whanau is about our family, or our friends.
